At A'si Lash & Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Beauty Salon. Booking Deposit

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required for all booking.

This fee will be discounted from the cost of you treatment.

Payment is when you initially book online.

Late Policy

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at A'si Lash & Beauty by Amy and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment, please note the time will come out of your allocated time which may result in less coverage.


If you are more than 15 minutes late and we haven't heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a no show and fee may apply.


If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Cancellations / No Shows

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. We require at least 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. You can transfer the deposit to a new booking.


If you cannot provide this notice it will result in the loss of your booking fee.
